Description

This class focuses on teaching the fundamentals of Karate including Kihon (basic techniques including blocks, punches, kicks, and strikes), Kata (formal movement patterns), and Kumite (sparring). A karate uniform is required and can be purchased directly from the instructor. Join us to learn karate in a supportive and energizing environment!

Note: The class on February 18 will be held at the Larcombe Clubhouse (Westlake Park). All other classes will take place in the Merced Room, as usual.

Uniforms may be purchased from the instructor.
