Enjoy gentle stretching exercises, learn basic footwork and traditional hand gestures, and experience the beauty and grace of Hula. In this class, you’ll be introduced to a Hula choreography set to a Hawaiian song in English. This class is perfect for beginners and those wanting to connect with Hawaiian culture through movement.
