Come join the dance. Learn traditional folk dances from across the globe along with newly choreographed dances to a variety of music. Some dances are quiet and meditative while others are silly and fun. No partners are needed. Each dance is taught before dancing it. Beginners are welcome. We dance to honor the planet, for grounding and balance, for world peace, community, shared connection and awareness. This is a four-week workshop.
