Join us for an exploration of personal growth, mindfulness, and meaningful life principles inspired by The Four Agreements. Through discussion and reflection, students will have the opportunity to explore ideas that encourage greater awareness, connection, and positive change. Students must purchase The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz prior to the first day of class. The book can be found on Amazon for approximately $10.
