Description

Container gardening is a great way to get started growing your own food. Julia Walters of Snapdragon Homestead will teach you some basic gardening skills, including what crops do well in containers, where to put your garden, and how to care for a container garden. Then you’ll get your hands dirty planting your own large container to take home. A wide variety of seeds and seedlings (grown by Julia) will be available, so there will be something for everyone’s taste. This is a beginner class, so there's no green thumb necessary. There's no better feeling than eating a salad you grew yourself!All materials will be supplied by the instructor.
