POTTERY: WEDNESDAY EVENING BEGINNING HAND BUILDING:
This instructed class is designed to teach students new to working with clay the basics of hand building. Each week builds on the previous in this step by step class. Pinch, coil, and slab will all be covered, as well as glazing and decorating techniques. By the 5th week, students are welcome to use al the skills learned to create whatever they are inspired to build. Instructor will give guidance to help them achieve their one of a kind masterpieces.
A $35.00 materials fee is due the first day of class and will cover yourclay, glazes, and materials required.
*This class begins April 22nd and meets once a week through June 24th.
**This class will have 10 sessions plus a potluck on Saturday June 27thto pick up final pieces and meet students from the other classes.
