Dance at your pace! Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed for people of all ages: older active seniors, beginning Zumba students and those who want to get back into shape. These low-impact workout routines feature Latin American-inspired dance styles that increase heart rate and overall strength. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and smile, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!
