We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
It is natural to want to feel safe and protected in any situation. Everyone is susceptible to an attack from a stranger or a “friend”. Since the idea that an attack can come from anywhere and at any time, the idea of self defense deserves some attention in our daily lives. This program will cover the most concerning scenarios that women currently face. Basic principles of self-defense and body control will lead to an understanding of foundational Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles.
Please wear athletic clothing and socks. Bring a water bottle.
