The Center for Real Estate Studies is offering the opportunity to participate in their online SALES AGENTS COURSE. Students who pass the course with a grade of 75% or better are eligible to take the Maine Real Estate Licensing Exam. Students who pass the state exam may join a licensed Maine Real Estate Agency and obtain a Maine Real Estate Sales Agent license. The course is also useful for students who are considering buying or selling real estate to understand the process. And, because the course covers real property valuation and real estate finance, it helps investor students understand the forces that create value and why ownership of real estate is key to wealth accumulation. This is an asynchronous course that must be completed within one year of enrollment.
