Whether you’re a total beginner or a returning artist, this class is for you! Discover the art of ceramics in a supportive, well-equipped studio environment. This 10-week course is open to adults of all ages and experience levels, from first-time beginners to seasoned potters. Students will learn the fundamentals of both wheel throwing and hand building, using Cone 6 clay and glazes that are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. Beginners will receive step-by-step instruction to build foundational skills, while more advanced students will benefit from individualized guidance to further develop their technique and creativity. All materials are included, (tools, glazes & up to 25lbs of clay*), along with access to open studio time for additional practice and exploration. Students will be required to assist with loading and unloading the kilns throughout the course. *Additional clay is available for purchase 4 class time options are available. Instructor: Jessica Guinn
