Concerns about how to feed your toddlers and/or family? Picky eaters? We'll discuss how to address feeding challenges, support family meals, and raise our kids to be trusting competent eaters. We'll share how to make meals go well with what we have, and who we are. This course will be held online via Zoom. It is a three class series that includes group participation and support so no childcare or transportation is needed. Participants will receive the Zoom class link before the class begins. Must have access to a computer and be able to attend an online conversation.
