This Yoga in Spanish class offers a balanced combination of mindfulness and gentle/advanced body movements, while integrating deep yogic breathing. This class is appropriate for beginners, but will offer many options for experienced Yogis to challenge themselves. If you struggle with injuries, joint pain, etc., and want to strengthen your body and reap the benefits of stretching, then this class is also for you. You owe it to yourself to give this course a try. Class will be offered online, via Zoom. Zoom number is shared upon registration.
