Description

Master the rhythm of International Latin dance for adults: Cha-cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, and Jive. Participants will learn fundamental footwork, timing, rhythmic body action (Cuban Motion), proper posture, and coordination. The class focuses on rhythm training, movement control, and basic choreography, all while improving cardiovascular endurance and overall physical conditioning. The course is perfect for beginners and open-level participants. No experience or partner is required.
