Traditional Japanese Karate develops self-confidence, stamina, self-discipline, agility, physical and mental conditioning, increased energy, self-control and self-defense, as well as kobudo in the Advanced and unlimited classes.. Shito-Ryu style Karate are taught year-round with an opportunity to progress in rank.
Course instruction and operations will be modified to accomodate the current State mandates for prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
Please see instructor for proper dress attire at 1st class meeting.
