Traditional Japanese Karate develops self-confidence, stamina, self-discipline, agility, physical and mental conditioning, increased energy, self-control, and self-defense, as well as kobudo in the Advanced and unlimited classes. Shito-Ryu style Karate is taught year-round with an opportunity to progress in rank through the Genbu Kai Organization and an opportunity to showcase their skill through an in-class end-of-year competition.
