Description
Our activity structure has changed. There is no longer a member and non-member registration, both will use this. If you are a member it will not charge you, if you are paying for the class you will also be able to do so.
This is not a drop-in class. Pre-registration is required to participate.
Yang Style Tai Chi Ch'uan is a soft martial art based on the principles of effortless breathing, rhythmic movement, and weight equilibrium. In this class, students will learn the first part of the Yang-style short form that was developed by Cheng Man-Ch'ing. Students will also learn basic warm up exercises and meditation techniques.
