Description

Ultimate is a fast paced, non-contact team sport played with flying discs (frisbee). Ultimate combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football.
Ultimate relies upon a Spirit of the Game that places the responsibility for fair play on every player. There are no referees; the players are solely responsible for following and enforcing the rules, even at the World Championship. Competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of respect between players, adherence to the rules, and the basic joy of play.
The fall ultimate league will be a draft league with experienced captains drafting balanced teams and helping to organize and coach them throughout the season. Register by September 15, 2026 for the draft.
Games are typically played 7 on 7 with a mixed gender ratio of 4/3 or 3/4 (Man-matching players/Woman-matching players). Gender ratio is subject to change based on the number, and gender identity, of registrations.
