We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
Okinawan karate is taught in a traditional way that is helpful for all ages. Not only will self-defense techniques be studied, but also self discipline and selft control. Students will learn "Kata," or form training, along with basic skills. As the student advances, techniques are revealed through the understanding of the "Kata" applications.
