Description

A fitness class intended for you to take time for yourself to connect with your body, baby, and other moms. We will focus on gentle, yet impactful exercises focusing on the core, pelvic floor, stretching, and upper body work while incorporating your baby into movements. This class is addressed to moms and babies from 6 weeks up to 2 years old.
