Musical Rainbow is a joyful, hands-on music journey designed specifically for young children where little voices grow confidence. Through singing, rhythm games, playful movement, storytelling, and instrument exploration, children discover music in a way that feels natural and exciting. Rooted in the time-tested approaches of Zoltán Kodály, Carl Orff, and Shinichi Suzuki, the program blends singing, movement, listening, and playing into one rich learning experience.
At the Purple, and final level of Musical Rainbow, students become skillful on the recorder, learning several classical pieces and longer folk and popular pieces by the end of the year. Singing is improved through vocal exercises and solo work. Music theory concepts are further developed, and students compose their own music, while building upon part-work, music terms and hand signs.
