This class is suitable for all levels, including students applying to art school, who will be supported in creating pieces for their portfolios. In an encouraging and non-competitive environment, have fun learning to express yourself and be creative. Through a balance of formal training and creative discovery, draw and paint in a variety of art mediums and explore mixed media techniques. You will gain colour-making skills in tempera and watercolour projects, tonal shading skills using pencil and charcoal in monochromatic drawings, and experiment with oil pastels, pencil crayons and markers in vibrant multicoloured designs.
