Description
No prior experience required! You start at the beginning with step-by-step demonstrations and specific visual aids and discussions with the goal of improving eye-hand coordination and visual skills. Learn to draw with right brain techniques using contour drawing, value studies and compositional understanding of spatial relationships. Develop skills in composition with positive-negative space, balance and cropping. Great on its own or as a forerunner to beginning watercolor painting. Advanced painters get motivated by art history, teacher demonstrations and projects designed to inspire. Experiment with a variety of watercolor materials and learn to create original work from real life or personal photos; or continue your personal style with the help of instructor and group critiques and demonstrations of design elements and painting techniques.
