Description
Join Marianne for a class that focuses on Functional fitness for everyday living. Have fun getting fit and strong while improving your range of motion and balance. Tone you major muscle groups, with this standing exercise program. Class concludes with stretching to increase flexibility and relaxation/visualization. Instructor will show modifications for chair supported option.
