Solo Agers are older adults that are making decisions about their futures independently. Anyone can become a Solo Ager through choice, loss and distance of family members, or complicated relationship dynamics. This presentation will discuss techniques to age in place with home modifications, medical directives, building social networks, and creating your own care team.
