This workshop will help participants understand the basics of Prediabetes, its risks, how to prevent or reverse Prediabetes, and how to potentially prevent the onset of Type 2 Diabetes by implementing lifestyle changes.

Brief Instructor Bio: Melissa Ptak has been a registered nurse for 26 years. She is also a family nurse practitioner, a certified diabetes care and education specialist, and a certified health coach.
