Gear up for all‑out action at the Conroe Dodgeball Throwdown on September 12, starting at 9 AM. This fast‑paced 6v6 tournament brings the heat with high‑energy gameplay, quick reflexes, and nonstop excitement for teams of all skill levels.

Teams are co‑ed and must include at least one male and one female player. Every team is guaranteed four games, giving you plenty of chances to strategize, compete, and make your mark on the court.

Expect a full day of dodging, diving, and dramatic last‑player‑standing moments. Bring plenty of water, comfortable athletic gear, and anything you need to stay cool and ready between matches.

Whether you’re out there making clutch catches or cheering on your squad, the Conroe Dodgeball Throwdown is the perfect way to bring the community together for a day of fun and friendly competition.

Please arrive at 20 minutes prior to your first game. Schedule will be posted on https://www.teamsideline.com/conroe on 9/10. Will be a rolling schedule, meaning when one game ends, another will start shortly after.

Conroe Dodgeball Throwdown

Rules

I. Each Dodgeball Match is best 3-out-of-5.

II. 6 players on the court at a time. Up to 10 players per team. Only 6 starting players can play in each game.

III. Team must have at least 1+ member of both genders on the court at all times.

IV. A player is eliminated by catching a ball or striking a player’s body, hair, clothing, or accessories with the dodgeball.

V. 3 minutes per game or until every player is eliminated.

VI. One catch from one live ball brings in one teammate as an entering player in the order in which they were deemed out.

VII. Stepping over/outside the lines results in elimination.

VIII. 6 rubber balls will be placed on the center line. Once whistle is blown, teams may rush to get dodgeballs off the center line.

IX. Players may eliminate other players once ball crosses the clear line.

X. A live ball is defined as an activated ball thrown by an active player and is live until it becomes a dead ball.

XI. A dead ball is defined as a live thrown ball that touches a surface including: the floor, wall, net, goals, referees, spectators, or out players.

XII. If a live ball hits an opponent, ricochets, and is caught by their teammate, the catch is valid. The hit player is safe.

XIII. Children under 18, must have parent present to sign off on waiver.
