Benchmarks:

• Safety Benchmark: Tread water (surface support) 10 seconds

• Swim Benchmark: Swim-roll-swim 10m/30ft.

Skill Steps:

• Beginner stroke on the front (face in)

• Beginner stroke on the back

• Beginner strokes with direction change

• Roll to the back from front beginner stroke
