Description

This program is adaptable for everyone! Chair volleyball is played with a beach ball and a five-foot-high net, and is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-to-eye coordination, and endurance. Rules are like regular volleyball except cheeks stay in seats! Registration is required.
