Sit, Set, Spike! Join friends and get your blood pumping and your body moving with a rousing game of chair volleyball! Chair volleyball is played with a beach ball and a five-foot-high net. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and joint flexibility. It enhances your muscle tone, reflexes, hand-to-eye coordination, and endurance. Rules are similar to regular volleyball except cheeks stay in seats!
