Description
Women on weights encompasses multiple formats utilizing dumbbells, barbells, bands, steps, and many more tools. This class is perfect for women who would like to learn the proper mechanics of weight training while focusing on muscular strength, core, and endurance. It provides great instruction in a small group setting to help participants reach their fitness goals.
