Description

Restorative Yoga & Meditation is an hour-long class that will open your body, mind and soul through practicing stillness and gentle movements for extended periods of time. This class is open to all levels and would be beneficial for expecting mothers, people experiencing high stress, anxiety, recovering from injuries, and anything in between. Recommend that you bring a yoga mat.
