Instructors introduce children to basic gymnastics using all pieces of equipment in this co-ed class. Boys and girls explore how their bodies move using songs, balls and parachutes. This class helps children improve coordination, motor skills, self-confidence and listening skills. Ages 4-5.
Participants should wear leotards and spandex shorts for girls; sweat pants and t-shirts for boys; tie long hair in a ponytail; please do not wear jewelry.
