We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
Develop self-discipline, endurance, coordination and self-confidence through Taekwondo. Throughout the session, learn self-defense, jiu jitsue, sparring, and combination movements. You will be test on jump kicks, sparring, board breaking and more to move up in belt rank. Mouthpiece and cup/chest protection required to join class. Uniforms and pads available for additional purchase but nor required. Additional $5.00 testing fee when applicable.
Please wear loose fitting clothes.
