Description
A progressive total body workout. Cardio Fuse blends elements of aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, and resistance training. Using a mini loop band ignites the arms and legs in toning tracks and core work. The music will push you to new limits in FUSE!! Suitable for those who want high or low impact activities.
