Boxing helps to build self-confidence, teaches self discipline, and shows how to maintain a positive attitude. Transportation to and from the gym is provided from Eagle Pointe and Bison Ridge Recreation Center. Call at 303-286-6830 for more information.
This class meets at Eagle Pointe and Bison Ridge Recreation Center then students will be transported to the gym. Participants must sign up for their designated pick up each month.
