Are you curious about improving your own health? During this course we will explore various ways to achieve more balance in your physical and mental health, focusing on stress reduction, mindfulness, goal setting and exercise. This is a group coaching setting. The only thing you will need to bring is yourself! There is no Class on 11.11.25.
