You must have a Leisure Card, that you can obtain at the Front Desk. This class focuses heavily on weight-training, cardio and core for fitness. All exercises can be modified to your fitness level... an easier level OR harder, whatever is necessary. We have a wide range of fitness levels here, young athletes to first-time exercisers to those struggling with osteoporosis. No class Nov. 11, Nov. 24, Nov. 26, Dec. 24, Dec. 31
