Hello and welcome to a pilates inspired workout with Ms. Mikiah at Glenwood. This class is for beginners and focuses on use of the core muscles, legs, and arms. We work at a slow pace and this class is for women ages 18 and up. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable exercise clothing. This class is on Saturdays from 1:30pm-2:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
