Participants will refine and improve their Tai Chi skills by having actual physical interaction with a partner. Push-hands Club members are from beginner to advanced levels, and each pair adjusts to provide mutual benefit. The Club is not a Tai Chi class, but a "lab session" to improve and practice the Tai Chi techniques and philosophy from the traditional moving forms.
