Inclusive Open Gym Basketball

Join us for a weekly open gym session designed for individuals of all abilities to enjoy the game of basketball in a supportive and inclusive environment. This unstructured time allows participants to practice skills, play casually, or simply stay active at their own pace.
Open to both youth and adults, this program encourages physical activity, social connection, and community through the game of basketball. Sports chairs are available for use during sessions.
