Description

Zumba offers a fun, music-based exercise experience with the goal of

improving your cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, and more.

Enjoy the many benefits of dance and movement. Classes offer a fun,

high-energy atmosphere that can help push you to be as active as

possible! Each week begins with the opportunity to introduce yourself

Please do not arrive at programs more than five minutes before the start of the program. Be ready to leave as soon as the program is over. Supervision is not provided before the scheduled start time. Excessive early drop-offs and late pick-ups may result in being dropped from the program.
