Description
A thoughtful, supportive program for navigating life's transitions, specifically in the realm of grief. Through Yoga Nidra meditation, intuitive art, and journaling, you will explore simple ways to soothe your nervous system, express what is present, and gently reconnect with a sense of balance and groundness.
Participants may sit or lie down for the meditation.Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and journal and pen.
