Focus on strengthening your lower body and core through yoga poses and other exercises. Balance drills are included throughout the class using both body weight and hand weights. Light to moderate weights are used. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. Bring a yoga mat, towels and water. Other equipment is provided for in-person class. For virtual class, flat resistance bands and a chair are needed for certain exercises. Friday class is held on line via Zoom.
