Step into Fall with us! Join our regular walking group on Monday, October 5, at 9am for a special Walktober Kickoff Walk and start the month moving, connecting, and having fun.

Participants will receive a Walktober Tracker to record their walks throughout October. Whether you walk with our group, with a friend, around your neighborhood, or on your own, every walk and step counts! The goal is simple - keep moving and make walking a part of your October routine.
All fitness levels and walking paces are welcome. Grab your comfortable shoes, bring some water, and let's walk our way through October together.
