Rock Steady Boxing for people with Parkinson's

Cost: $127 for 8 weeks No class 5/28/2024
Rock Steady Boxing is an exercise program designed to improve the mobility, balance, and strength of people fighting Parkinson's.
Placement in class requires an assessment by the instructor. Please call the Center at 410-313-7680 to arrange. Assessment Fee $50
