This hands-on class is designed to build foundational skills in essential culinaryarts within a structured, adaptive and personalized environment. Eachsession focuses on one-to-two core techniques—ex: knife skills, cookingmethods, or kitchen safety—which are introduced, demonstrated, and thenpracticed step-by-step. The emphasis is on developing practical, fundamentalkitchen skills rather than preparing a complete meal. While you may take homeanything you've prepared during the class, there is no time to eat during thesession. Participants requiring 1:1 support must provide own support. No class 9/25, 10/16.
