Join Chef Alex Rhine and guest speaker, Jennifer Blevins, PTA and manager of The Loan Closet of Howard County, to explore some of the helpful tools to keep around the kitchen that will make cooking feel easier, safer, and more enjoyable. We will talk about some common issues that we face while working in the kitchen and the adaptive equipment designed to help us continue to create healthy meals at home, regardless of skill level.
You will participate in a live cooking demonstration, try adaptive tools firsthand, enjoy a healthy snack, and learn simple tips for preparing healthy meals with greater comfort and confidence.
