Description
Get great results in a short time! This is a fun, effective, and quick workout! This boot camp is based on the most effective high-intensity interval training (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest). Burn five times more calories compared to regular exercise. Everyone’s intensity is individual and workouts can be modified. Class is held online via Zoom.
