As we age, living alone can present various challenges, including social isolation, limited access to essential services, and potential health risks. Connect with people who share your interests, live alone, and want to support each other. By joining the group, you can use the knowledge and experience you have gained over a lifetime to give something back to your community. You'll get lots back in return, such as support, confidence and hopefully, some new friends too.
