Description
In a fitness rut? Join Fitness Coordinator, Michelle Rosenfeld, for a total-body workout with timed intervals of work and rest. Workout includes use of dumbbells & resistance tubing. This is a great way to build muscle and improve overall strength & cardiovascular health.
